Diana Towers BA Hons (Psychology), Cert. & Dip Counselling (Warwick Uni), Certified RELATE Counsellor, MBACP, Dip. Hypnotherapy, NLP Practitioner, EMDR Practitioner, MNCP Accredited is an experienced hypnotherapist and counsellor based near Studley.

I have been practising hypnotherapy and counselling for 27 years, and have a very successful private practice. Most of my clients are referrals from past clients and medical consultants. I have also studied other disciplines - Herbal Medicine and practised Aromatherapy for 4 years

I can offer you a professional and completely confidential service. I constantly undergo training to keep abreast with new techniques. My policy is to give you care and respect, whilst helping you to find balance and happiness in your life.

COUNSELLING

The function of counselling is to enable the client to use their own coping resources effectively to restore or initiate a full and happy life.

I have studied and practised many models of counselling including Person-Centred, Psychodynamic , Transactional Analysis, and Cognitive Behavioural. I use an eclectic approach to suit each individual client.

HYPNOTHERAPY

The word 'Hypnos' is the Greek for 'sleep' . Hypnotherapy is a state of deep relaxation which enables access to the sub-conscious mind. The sub-conscious mind retains all our memories and by accessing early memories it is possible to release the tension associated with them. It also helps reveal our behavioural patterns.

I have specialised in regressive therapy - this life, past life regression, NLP - Neuro Linguistic Programming, EMDR - Eyes Movement Desensitization Reprocessing.
